I have decided after quite a long time, to formally enhance my life by becoming a doTERRA wellness advocate.

For my own personal use, and enjoyment, and to discover the benefits of what I feel, are a high vibration in the world of essential oils.

Today I have the aroma of 'citrus bliss' aromatising the house, I recieved it yesterday and oh my .. lovin it, .. had it diffusing through the rooms last night with a couple of drops of Cassia oil added to it, and the ladies sitting in my spiritual development class, all commented... Im sure it added to the vibe of the evening.. spiritual bliss .. maybe I should make a special blend for that hmm..

Justin went of to work with Andrew, so i dabbed a little 'past tense' on them both, as Andrew had been in the office all morning working out details for a big job, and the testiness and stress was seeping thru the walls..lol.. 
 As Justin has been having driving lessons, and preparing for his license in 2 weeks, .. so I figured as they were going off together, it was a good idea to calm their farms, chill their bills and let tension be a thing of the past..

I think spirit must have guided me when I checked the 'past tense' roll on blend onto my order this month, because i didnt really know what it was for, i just felt inspired to purchase it..
so it has come in a great roll on bottle, and did the job..

I used it and then had a lovely sleep x meditation and felt extrememly well afterward, .. helped to release some .. tension within my aura , on a scattered day, ..

ENGLISH SPINACH LEAVES, I BANANA, WATERMELON, STRAWBERRIES, ORGANIC TUMERIC POWDER, GREEN VITAMIN POWDER, CHIA SEEDS, (pre soaked) SMALL LEAFY GREENS MIXED, SPOON FULL OF COCONUT OIL (organic) AND RICE MILK TODAY , BECAUSE I HAVNT HAD ANY FOR A LONG TIME, AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD MIX. . IT WAS DELCIOUS. I WILL ALSO BE PURCHASING SOME HIGH QUALITY FISH OIL TO ADD TO MY SMOOTHIES, NO SMELL OR TASTE..BUT WILL ADD TO THE ONGOING HEALNG AND MAINTENANCE OF MY TEMPLE..MY BODY MY MIND, MY SPIRIT

The purer the body , the more in touch with the spirit.

This does not mean you have to be vegan to be a medium, but on a personal basis one does wonder, if the human body has clearer , more pure way of being a conduit, and vehicle to house the spirit ?

I know that I feel my spirit work enhanced without taking red meat into my body, but this is of course my personal choice and is based mostly on the fact that human use of animals is intolerable and insane and inhumane.

Choose wisely, when it comes to animal products, for they say the death state, affects the flesh of the animal, and if we are what we eat, no wonder the world is at war...and full of carnage.

I do eat fish, but the rest is mainly vegetarian based, my body and mind simply do not wish to partake, but each to his own, its a personal journey, what works for some , is simply their truth.

In days of old, the indigenous people blessed the food they ate and gave thanks, to the great spirit, and the spirit of the animal consumed for its sacrifice for their nourishment.

Perhpas this is something to remember, when we dine...

 

Smoothie for 16th Sept, included watermelon, kale , english spinach, tumeric, chia seeds, green health powder, and coconut oil..sounds awful doesnt it ?

WELL IT WAS SUPER DELICIOUS.

I am however very fussy with my coconut oil, organic of course , and there are plenty around, but finding the one with the right taste, wasnt easy.

I coudnt stand it in my smoothie, until I found one i like, and coconut oil is very good to put in with the greens as it helps break down for our digestion and creates healthy enzymes.

I copied the following from the web, but I myself discovered that coconut oil was a great deoderant and has many uses.

 

Coconut oil is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-parasite, and anti-fungal. It prevents heart disease, linked by recent research to lingering infections in the blood and tissues that coconut oil kills. It has been documented to inhibit carcinogenic agents that cause colon cancer and breast tumors in animals.

Coconut oil is highly alkaline and purifies the blood—never clogging arteries since it’s liquid above 76 degrees. It is used in hospitals around the world: it’s ideal for people with digestion problems because the medium-chain triglycerides don’t require pancreatic enzymes or bile to digest. It’s perfect for diabetics because it helps regulate blood sugar and supplies energy to cells without affecting blood sugar or insulin levels. It’s been shown to improve insulin secretion and utilization of blood glucose.

How does it compare to other oils?

Coconut oil is very stable and doesn’t go rancid for 2-3 years or more, even when stored at room temperature. Refined oils are rancid already when you buy them, heated above 400 degrees and often bombarded with hydrogen atoms to make them fake foods, trans fatty acids that damage or destroy every cell they touch.

Another rare feature of coconut oil is that its main component is lauric acid, the powerful antimicrobial, immune-function compound in mother’s breast milk. That’s why baby formula companies use it for fatty acids in formula—it’s the closest they can get to mother’s milk. (Unfortunately, they use an inexpensive processed version of the oil.)It’s the only oil that doesn’t create trans fats even when heated to high temps, as in sauteeing—so it’s perfect for cooking and even better as a raw food. (Chapter 4 of 12 Steps to Whole Foods has wonderful recipes using coconut oil.) It tastes SO good—my kids eat it plain by the spoonful. You want virgin, unprocessed oil for coconutty flavor and maximized nutrition. If it has no flavor, you’ve bought a poor product missing some of the benefits.

 and babyMuch has been written about EFAs in the raw diet—essential fatty acids with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that your body cannot manufacture itself and therefore must receive from food. I put a tablespoon of fresh flax oil in my green smoothie to get these compounds. Although coconut oil isn’t a significant source of EFAs, it can increase the efficiency of EFAs by as much as 100%!

Coconut oil health benefits include combating viral infections including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and AIDS; helping with gallbladder disease, osteoporosis, Crohn’s Disease, and hypoglycemia; and nourishing premature, low-birth-weight babies. Many people say coconut oil helps them control sugar cravings.

 

 

 

Having discovered and become totally addicted to the Green Smoothie since 2012, I decide to add this page to the website.

One  superdooper delecious is... kale, celery, carrot, apple, sheep yogurt , ricemilk, maca powder,ginger root, turmeric root, and some coriander, oh also added some blueberries which I don't usualy do.. I think im too green..so have the carrot and puruple for effect...am drinking a mudbrown smoothie, and my god its delicious..extra deleicous..yummo...try this one.. sheeps yogurt by the way I believe is much better for you , closer to the human milk than cow, and is very mild and yummy.

However just experiment, mix your greens, dont get stuck just on one leafy treat, mix and match.

Presoak your Chia seeds, and be aware of your dietary requirements and any allergies or digestive ailments, before you proceed.

Check with your physician and follow their suggestions as to what you can easily cope with, but if you have no issues in this regard, then just enjoy.
